The two storeyed brick building under a gable roof with a basement and third mezzanine floor is located on the northern side of Lenin Street. From the East it is adjoined by Makarov's house (Lenin St., 110). Only the southern three-axis facade of the house with the corner blades on tiers and with the pediment of segmental form over the windows under the pediment is issued. At reconstruction of 1982 in the second tier of a long western facade the wooden gallery for a restaurant was attached.
Perhaps, the building was included into a complex of the estate of Dementiev. At the beginning of the 20th century it was sold to merchants Hnyunin and Konovalov.
